Dirty Dancing

Francis "Baby" Houseman (Jennifer Grey) is a girl from a rich family. She and her family spend their summer holidays in 1963 at Max Kellerman's (Jack Weston) hotel, where Baby meets the attractive dance instructor Johnny Castle (Patrick Swayze) - his show also makes her want to dance. But the mambo god has no love for spoilt upper-class girls. But then Johnny's dance partner Penny (Cynthia Rhodes) cancels due to an unwanted pregnancy and Baby offers her help. Now she has to learn the complicated figures of the mambo on the fly. The couple quickly become emotionally close, but have to overcome various problems along the way: a series of thefts and the golden hotel rule that staff and guests must remain separated by an invisible line cause problems for Baby and Johnny...
